| What do you actually offer? We offer real-time, exclusive, verified, qualified, segmented B2C leads in the Pay-Per-Lead model. In some verticals and locations we also offer other models which are based on performance metrics. In some verticals (like roofing) and locations we also offer inbound calls. |
| === How Pay-Per-Lead model works? 1. You tell us how many leads do you want per month in your specific location and with specific criteria. 2. We prepare the Pay-Per-Lead offer. You pay only for leads that you order with no additional setup fee, no monthly management fee. 3. We generate these leads and deliver them to you (to your CRM, Google Spreadsheet, email, lead management system, or another way you will choose). 4. You can focus now on converting these leads into sales. 5. If you want more leads, you just make another order. No long-term commitment. |
| === What type of leads can you offer? We currently offer mainly roofing leads. Soon we also will offer leads in other home improvement verticals like f.e. Landscaping. If you are interested in any of them, please contact us. |
| === What is lead segmentation and how does it work? We segment leads basing on criteria that we have from you (it is discussed at the beginning of our cooperation during the onboarding process). It might be f.e. location, homeownership and many others (depending on vertical and location). |
| === Do you offer exclusive or shared leads? We only offer exclusive leads, which means that we send a lead only to one company. Receiving exclusive leads, you will have much higher conversion rate and you will minimize competition comparing to shared leads (when you compete with few other companies in your niche). So we definitely recommend buying exclusive leads, however, if you are interested in shared leads, contact us and we will inform you if they will be available in the future. |
| === What do you mean by “verified” leads? Every lead we deliver goes through a verification process. We verify phone number (it has to be a real, existing number), e-mail address (real existing email address). We also use additional scripts for more advanced anti-fraud verification. If you would have more specific verification requirements (like 2-step phone verification so you can be 100% sure that this phone number belongs to the person who filled the form), we can also offer it (per request). |
| === What Information do you capture for a lead? We capture all the information which is required by our client and what we actually can get from a lead using a webform. Mostly it depends on vertical and in most cases, information that our client needs are the same as we already generate. However, if you would need more information or you will have any specific requirements, you can tell us what you need on our first call. |
| === Do you offer real-time leads or aged? Currently, we offer only real-time leads. It means that leads are sent to your system in real-time, so you could contact them immediately or as fast as possible (while they are still interested). This increases your conversion rate comparing to aged leads. So we definitely recommend buying real-time leads, however, if you are interested in aged leads, contact us and we will inform you if they will be available in the future. |
| === How do you get the leads you are providing? We generate our leads using digital advertising. We use a few platforms depending on the vertical (FB Ads, Google Ads, YT Ads etc.). We direct traffic to our landing pages with forms, which contain necessary questions and fields. Once a user fills the form, we send you the lead with all the information which is needed to contact them and convert them into a client. |
| === When should I contact the lead after getting it? You should contact them as soon as possible, the best would be to contact them minutes from the moment you will receive the lead. The sooner you will contact a lead by phone after the client submitted a form, the higher chance that you will convert this lead into a client. If the potential customer does not hear from you, they will probably seek help elsewhere. |
| === How can you deliver leads to me? We have many ways to deliver you leads. Basically, we can send leads to your CRM, Google Spreadsheet, your email, Lead distribution system, or Ping/Post platform. Alternatively, we can also send you leads to your email, file, etc. |
| === How many leads can I get from you per day? There is no specific limit, it depends however on many factors like the size of the audience we target. |
| === Do you offer any guarantee that you will deliver as many leads as we order? Yes–we guarantee to deliver the leads you purchase. If for some reason we will not deliver you leads in exact number as purchased (f.e. you purchase 100 leads a week and we delivered you 95 this week), you can choose one of these 3 options: 1. We can deliver you next week leads which you normally purchase plus leads undelivered last week (so in this example it will be 105 leads); 2. You will pay for 95 leads on the next purchase but we will deliver 100 (in this example); 3. We’ll provide a 100% refund on any undelivered leads (in this example for 5 leads). So in general, you always have 100% lead delivery guarantee. |
| === What is your replacement policy? If a lead doesn’t meet our high standards you can request a replacement within a full 7 days from delivery for any of the following reasons: 1. Lead is not within the filter selected and approved by the client (at the time of lead delivery). 2. The phone number listed on the lead is not valid or working. 3. The customer didn’t fill out the form (and in this case didn’t request a quote or information). 4. Lead contact information is obviously incorrect ie. aasdf qwerty etc. All leads are guaranteed to meet the following criteria: 1. Lead has filled out the form and requested a quote or information 2. Lead has working phone number (to the person named on the lead or representative) 3. Lead meets the criteria selected by the client (at time of lead delivery) We use many verification methods and additional technology to provide the highest quality leads possible and meet necessary regulations (phone verification, email verification, address verification, Jornaya Lead ID, TrustedForm). | === How much does it cost? Cost per lead depends on many factors like vertical, location, specific criteria which you may have, etc. Contact us and after answering few questions we will prepare you an offer with price per lead. |
| === Is there any setup fee, monthly management fee, or additional cost in Pay-Per-Lead model? In Pay-Per-Lead model, you only pay for leads that you order. No setup fee, no monthly management fee. |
| === Are there any long-term contracts? No, you can stay with us as long as you want. If you will not want to continue receiving leads, you just don’t make another order. |
| === Are these leads compliant with necessary regulations like f.e. GDPR, TCPA, CCPA? Short answer – Yes. We also use Jornaya Lead ID and Trusted Form (US), which we strongly recommend so you can maximize your safety in terms of compliance. |
| === Is the Pay-Per-Lead model the only one that you can offer? The Pay-Per-Lead model has a lot of advantages over other models, however sometimes we also offer other models when during our conversation we both agree that in this situation it would be a better solution. Everything depends on your situation and needs. The goal is always one – quality and high converting leads. |
| === In what countries and locations can you generate leads? We offer lead generation in the United States (all states), the United Kingdom and Ireland. |
